What is Hericium Erinaceus Mushroom Extract Polysaccharides?
Cordyceps militaris extract is a brown-yellow fine powder made from the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps militaris through processes such as alcohol extraction, filtration, water extraction, concentration, and drying. Its core ingredients include active substances such as cordycepin, polysaccharides, and adenosine, of which the adenosine content is ≥0.055%. This substance has the characteristics of good water solubility and high absorption rate. It is mainly used in food additives, cosmetic raw materials and fine chemicals. The recommended addition amount in food processing is 0.1%-1%, and the daily consumption does not exceed 2 grams. Fresh Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies are used as raw materials. After alcohol extraction of fat-soluble components, the residue is separated by filtration, and the filter residue is then subjected to water extraction to obtain water-soluble substances. After the two extracts are combined and concentrated, an extract is formed. Finally, a powdered product is made through spray drying technology, and the grinding fineness meets food grade standards.
